Process Engineer

Job Details

It can correspond to the processing technology of small batch machining products, and calculate the cost of machine parts based on the technology, including raw material cost, processing cost, and the cost of machining tools, etc. Assist manufacturers to design tooling fixtures and batch parts rapid tooling fixtures according to processing requirements, reasonably reduce costs, and help business obtain orders; fully implement the daily project work of the technical department, and organize and implement the establishment of product process and quality standards as planned.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare product process documents based on product specifications, quality requirements, production methods, and production processes.
• Based on the production process of the product and the operating proficiency of the personnel, determine the standard production working hours of each process, and convert or measure the basic working hours.
• According to the needs of the production process, design effective process equipment, install and debug it properly.
• Tracking of new product trial production, design of process tooling, and tracking of the entire process of new products from trial production to batch trial production and normal workshop production. Control the feasibility of mass production of products and improve trial production reports and related process data.
• Other temporary work arranged by the company.

Job Requirements

• More than 5 years of working experience as a machining process engineer/programming engineer; the programming process route must be realistic, and the working hours estimate is relatively accurate;
• Familiar with turning, milling, boring, wire cutting, spark machine, CNC lathe, CNC three-axis, CNC four-axis, CNC five-axis and other processing equipment;
• Familiar with structural parts, frame parts, ultra-precision hardware cavity parts, and heterogeneous structural parts programming/process work experience will be given priority;
• Be able to use a computer to operate OFFICE office software, 2D and 3D drawing software (essential);
• Have excellent professional ethics and literacy, and be able to withstand greater work pressure;
• Priority will be given to those with working experience in foreign order companies;
• Good at communication, clear thinking, and strong expression skills; have excellent organizational coordination and teamwork skills;

Skill & Experience

• You have at least 5 years of working experience as a CNC programming engineer/process engineer/quoting engineer.
• You have experience working with 2D and 3D drawing.
• You have some previous experience working in an agile environment.
