PLC electrical engineer

Job Details

Responsible for the company’s 5-axis CNC machine tool assembly and debugging, system secondary PLC development based on customer application scenarios, independent design of machine tool electrical schematics and selection of electrical components, wiring of electrical boards and electrical boxes, and familiar with the working principles of electrical components.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare the electrical BOM and wire output of the complete machine;
• Electrical schematic design and output;
• Five-axis equipment assembly system debugging;
• Assist application engineers to optimize system parameters;
• Assist in electrical assembly and electrical debugging;
• Carry out secondary PLC development of the system according to customer application scenarios;

Job Requirements

• College degree or above, major in CNC machine tools;
• Proficient in five-axis applications of new generation, Huazhong and Lenak CNC systems;
• More than three years of independent debugging experience in five-axis equipment systems, more than five years of experience in general machine tool manufacturing, proficient in the electrical control principles of CNC machine tools, and familiar with system T-shaped diagrams;
• Able to independently design the electrical schematic diagram of machine tools and the selection of electrical components, wiring of electrical boards and electrical boxes, and be familiar with the working principles of electrical components.
• Be familiar with the five-axis C-shaped structure cradle and the five-axis gantry cradle, and be familiar with the working principles of various domestic brands of DDR turntables and the data transmission protocols with the system.

Skill & Experience

• You have at least 3 years of PLC programming experience.
• You have experience with TIA Portal and GX works or STEP7
• You have some previous experience working in an agile environment.
• You are familiar with using TIA Portal and GX works in your workflow.
